I have over 25 years’ experience within housing, design and surveying, the last 15 years having been spentin a senior Managerial Position within the Property Maintenance and Compliance sector. Having managed an in-house team and external sub-contractors, I am fully aware of the need for compliance with Health and Safety, to provide value for money and customer satisfaction. I am a highly motivated, forward thinking individual and feel that the knowledge and experience I have gained within a challenging environment will allow me to adapt to new environments assisting all to achieve their aims and objectives.I consider myself to by a methodical, conscientious and experienced housing practitioner.Having recently obtained my level 5 experienced practitioner accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Housing, I am now in the process of completing my RICS qualifications. This will enable me to evidence my knowledge and skills within property, design and management and place me in an ideal position to cope with the challenging times ahead, especially related to the provision of homes for life long living. Having recently secured a Head of Property Maintenance and Compliance role at a forward thinking ALMO I am looking forward to assisting in further improving the services provided by my excellent team of dedicated and positive staff.
