The directors of the ACTON Group acknowledged his capacity for innovative, strategic planning by celebrating his success with the appointment of Gary to the position or a partner in the ACTON group in Gary was raised in the Western suburbs, commencing his education at Floreat Primary School and progressing to secondary school attending Hale School. There his exemplary leadership skills were demonstrated in his successful captaincy of several sporting codes. He was champion cross-country, middle distance and long distance runner representing Hale at many inter-school meetings. Gary's long association with the Western Suburbs has resulted in an extensive network of business relationships and an intimate knowledge of the needs of the community. Gary's reputation for hard work and integrity of practice attracted the attention of the Directors of the ACTON Group of Companies. He was approached to join this establishment as a partner managing ACTON North in Floreat and in a short period of time added the outstanding success of the City Beach Office.
