My company provides field service and quality parts for rotary equipment such as kilns, dryers, and calciners to our customers at competitive pricing. The company was started in 2001 primarily based upon field services, making engineered parts available to our customers only as a secondary service to compliment our field service expertise. Over the years, our customers found parts we supplied well engineered structurally and metallurgically, and included detailed drawings, mill certifications, and all provided at no additional cost. OEM manufacturers do not normally supply these extras, so we took a larger roll supplying parts throughout the industry. Our prices are always less than OEMs due to the minimal overhead we enjoy. Our parts are made in the USA, utilizing the manufacturers we have known and trusted for many years. We specialize in quick turn arounds, not only for parts, but our field services. Our industry has been plagued with time consuming delays on parts and field service crews not being available when you need them. When you call, we return that call. When you order parts, we give you an "expedited" option. When you schedule field services, we are there when we are supposed to be there, and work continuously until the project is completed. Our safety record is perfect. We have experienced "Zero" loss time injuries since the company was founded in 2001.
