This project spanned several years time with component fabrication surveillance in Europe and throughout the United States. • Completed a job assignment for a large paper company on the fabrication of ton press components at an independent supplier (vendor surveillance) and supervised and inspected the installation of the components by a contractor at the client’s facility. • Wrote Quality Control Manuals for construction companies in New Hampshire and Maine for their ASME/NB Code Stamp program. • Trained and certified welders to the clients welding procedures. • Work as the designated Non Destructive Examination Level and liaison for my clients and the US government inspectors for military contracts. • Wrote AISC Manual for a construction company’s certification. • Have written and developed a program for my client and obtained NADCAP Certification for the aerospace industry for welding and non-destructive testing • Attained Source Certifying Agent Certification from Honeywell in order to support my client • Perform all visual and interpretation of RT on 653 Tank construction • Perform surveillance inspections at overseas and domestic fabrication locations for paper mill client’s BLRB and pulp mill project rebuild and installation of components.
