About Gary Fullmer

During my 17 years in business and compliance executive leadership, I have successfully led multiple enterprise-level initiatives end to end, from strategy development through roadmap execution, achieving both short term and long-term goals. As AI has become the cornerstone of today’s successful businesses, I have been the critical bridge between the emergence of this transformative technology and its real world application, with a repeated track record of successful implementation and governance of AI solutions at scale.Through this I have gained direct experience leading the deployment and oversight of complementary AI solutions that work together in a broader ecosystem, including LLMs, CV, NLP, ML, Robotics and AI agents, alongside non-AI technologies, into real world situations, achieving measurable outcomes.Successfully overseeing an AI startup post acquisition, reimagining my organization using AI tools, founding a thriving non-profit, and stepping in to turn around a failing brand for acquisition - I listen tirelessly to my customers, maintain a learning mindset, and collaborate tightly with my partners to find the right solution, while living my core values of diversity, inclusivity and trust every day. I know how much more we can achieve when we work together.
