About Gary Gartman

Our experienced team will guide you through your building journey each step of the way. The Quasius Pre-construction service is the key element that differentiates us and results in success for our customers. These services include a design process that continues until we meet all the requirements and expectations of our client. We utilize a comprehensive proprietary cost database for all phases & type of work, and smart assembly estimating that allows us to accurately determine a project budget very early in the design process. This is a high value approach that provides our clients needed decision making information early in the planning & design process. The most important phase of your project is before the shovel hits the ground. We utilize the latest technology for speed, accuracy, and true collaboration. Our clients have secured internet access to their project to view their project plans, schedule, photos, documents, and key communications & information any time via the web.Our process is more efficient and less costly than a traditional approach. The traditional approach has an inherent disconnect between owner, design, & contractor resulting in adverse conditions. Why us? We listen and ask the right questions. We bring solutions to meet your goals and guide you in the right direction. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.
