Started career as executive in Hoechst India Ltd,(Now Aventis Pharmaceuticals) in 1992 & in 1996 moved into Indian Army(Regiment of Artillery) where worked in various capacity being overall responsible for the operations and performance of duties related to the command of Officers, Men and materials along with administrative, operational and HR activities.
