I previously Worked as contractor for UK Health Security Agency (formerly the Department of Health and Social Care Test and Trace), in aService Delivery Manager role. Worked on a number of key services during the COVID 19 pandemic on the test and trace programme with required security approval. Prior to the contract role with UKHSA I was an IT Service Delivery Manager/ IT Business Relationship Manager with 25 years experience of working in an organisation within the Lloyd’s Insurance Market, reporting to senior Management and Head of IT. Tasked with ensuring that the organisation’s IT ran effectively with minimum disruption. Influencing procurement, lead on Change management and leading on projects. With strong focus on customer service and building effective relationships with third party providers to ensure that satisfactory conclusions are reached effectively and within Service Level Agreements time frames. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills which have produced results for the organisation in terms of procurement and service contracts with third party providers. Always seeking to improve the end users experience not afraid to make innovate and challenge current thinking and procedures.
