Background

About Gary Hadsell

My name is Gary Hadsell and I have been in real estate, purchasing, sales, construction and mortgage loans, for 45+ years. The journey from accounting and the real estate professiom to the concept of ePropertyCare has been a logical trail to follow. I had purchased property and made loans in different areas over Southern California for many years and had trouble maintaining and managing my own properties. Charles my son (CEO) had purchased properties in different states and had the same problems maintaining them and asked for my assistence. The concept of monitoring properties and providing services to owners and landlords proved to be a valuable tool that we realized could save many other property owners from the same problems we incurred. The Problem: Landlords Rely on The “Eyes” of Their Tenants to Determine Problems. Our Solution: A 100% Cellular Platform that Enables Remote Awareness and Control or Rental Property.
