About Gary Hendrickson

Managed cross-functional team of 60+ personnel providing training to Department of Defense and allied nation C-130 Loadmasters. Training was conducted formally in classroom and in-flight with fleet of 14 aircraft flying over hours per year. Managed all personnel resources including manpower authorizations, budgeting of temporary staffing man-days and realizing all formal upgrade training. Justifies manpower/resource needs at the national level through formal proposals composed of statistics, point papers and power point presentations. Represents the group at national level conferences and working groups. Responsible for ensuring department personnel were current with 100% of 12 plus certifications and all ancillary training. Conducted hiring and promotion boards with final recommendations forwarded to Air National Guard Headquarters. Responsible for all initial, midterm and yearly evaluations for military and civil service employees. Vice president of 13 member senior staff ensuring all units in the Wing structured to provide consistent professional development to all levels of leadership.
