GARY W. HERSCHMAN is a Shareholder of the Firm in the Health Care Practice, in the MetroPark office of Baker Donelson. He also serves as Co-Chair of Baker Donelson’s Health Care Transactions Group.Mr. Herschman advises health care providers in strategically positioning themselves in the rapidly changing health care marketplace. This includes representing physician groups of all specialties around the country on major sale transactions (to private equity platforms, hospitals, and other healthcare companies). He also represents hospitals, health systems, ASCs, home health companies and other healthcare industry providers on consolidations, affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, physician alignment, PSAs, forming MSOs, clinically integrated networks, ACOs, and co-management agreements.
