When they do post the review, our system drops you a text message, it will even give you a reply based on the review that was sent. Then without ever logging into Google, it will post your reply for you. This system gets you 4 & 5 reviews on autopilot, it also helps you avoid damaging 1-star reviews. Fake Reviews! Sadly fake reviews are on the rise, SEO companies post them to help their clients, but sadly bad reviews affect your Google Ranking. Our system allows you to see all your reviews in one easy-to-read list, if you know the review is fake, just click on the report button and it will take you to the Google support area where you can report it, if it is fake Google will get it removed. Once it's removed the system lets you know. VIP club. This is designed to bring in new customers and get your highest-spending customers to come back in more often. It filters out low-spending bargain hunters who only come in for a special offer. It also identifies your best customers so we can invite them into the restaurant more often.
