About Gary Hoban

Gary provides expert support to organisations involved in complex real estate developments. His speciality is to unlock hidden development potential, increase asset value and substantially improve the return on CapEx. He continues to support private equity firms, sports organisations, housing associations, family offices and commercial investors applying his experience from a 20-year career in architecture and project management. His meticulous analysis and creativity is key to future-proofing developments, improving design quality and ensuring the best value for money is achieved from consultant teams, across all types of short-term and long-term projects. As a RIBA Chartered Architect, Gary has overseen the design and delivery of multi-sector developments throughout the UK and Ireland. During his career, he led the design teams on key projects for clients including JP Morgan, Sanctuary Group, the Grosvenor Estate and the Cadogan Estate. In 2013, Gary and his brother, Brian Hoban founded Hoban Design, an award-winning design practice based in London serving the ultra-prime sector. Gary is an industry voice on planning, permitted-development rights and unlocking development potential and a speaker at the Lendinvest Academy, providing invaluable industry insight to property developers.
