As the Founder of Harborside Capital Resources, I lead a buy-side M&A advisory group engaged by Private Equity firms, High-Net-Worth Family Offices, and Corporate Acquirers to identify, evaluate, and introduce select businesses that align with their acquisition strategies. We specialize in sourcing off-market acquisition opportunities through confidential, highly targeted outreach. Our goal is to initiate meaningful conversations with business owners who may be considering a sale — and connect them with serious, qualified Buyers. There is no fee to the seller; our clients are the Buyers who retain us to originate deal flow that supports their growth strategies. Before founding Harborside, I spent over 20 years in private equity and investment banking — with a focus on middle-market growth companies.
