I have seen success across various roles due to my focus on team building, engagement, and culture change. I own the ability to multi-task and am driven by prompt, detailed execution. I have built a foundation of excellence, both as a leader and peer, in organization and compliance. I create efficiency by streamlining processes and developing routine structure for my staff. Most importantly, my leadership mantra has reflected a standard of world-class service to our patients, while running the business at a high level.
