I have worked predominantly in the hotel/resort industry throughout my career. At the operational level, I served as a F&B Director and a General Manager while with Brock Hotel Corp, a former Holiday Inn franchisee. I transitioned to HR where I have worked for many years at the Director level with several high quality resort operations. I also temporarily worked in healthcare as the VP/CHRO and HR Exec Director level for 1.5 years. I am currently Human Resources Director for SunStream Hotels & Resorts - a professional management company of fine hotels, resorts, and condominium associations based in Florida. I am certified as a SHRM Sr. Certified Profession (SHRM-SCP) and a Sr. Professional of Human Resources (SPHR).
