Gary Lancaster is the Founder and President, Diversified Consulting Group LLC. Gary leads Diversified Consulting Group in the delivery of consulting services for enterprise voice solutions; training for the development of technical documentation; maintenance engineering strategies; logistic support activities; RFI, RFQ and RFP development; RFP response development leading to new business captures as well as provides operational, technical and implementation/fielding advice on commercial, military and government technologies. Throughout his career, Gary has held significant positions in the fields of General Management and Leadership, Program Management, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management while employed by the US Marine Corps, Litton, National Education Centers, Harris and Dutchess County Government. Leadership examples include- Marine NCO and Staff NCO responsibilities in garrison and field leadership of US Marines- Program Management and System Engineering experience in C3 and C3I systems for the US Marines and US DOD programs – Led the Marine Corps development, deployment and support team on six projects in the Air Defense, C3 and C3I arena- Management experience at the Business Unit, Market Segment Unit and Operating Unit levels – Managed deployment, qualification and customer acceptance of sophisticated electronic and communication system in the transportation sector- IP Telephony/UCS System – Led the vendor, contractor and government team through the definition, design, acquisition and deployment of a Unified Communication System- Multi-discipline technical training Program Management – Led a geographically dispersed team to design, develop and deliver electronics, communication and IT training programs- Logistics and Supply Chain Management Experience – Led the Logistics organization managing the provisioning, maintenance and day-to-day support sustaining a nation-wide C3 program.
