As a very experienced, results orientated, professional manager I have led projects and managed teams to develop and significantly improve business in the Storage and Materials Handling Industry, together with a wide variety of other organizations and industries. With 15 years extensive experience at senior manager level in both the corporate and private business world, I have developed and implemented successful growth strategy for companies with turnovers ranging from £1m to £15m My experience has influenced sales, marketing, and commercial management within many industry sectors including Powder coating systems, steel fencing, steel shelving; racking; mezzanine flooring; architectural, primary and secondary structural steelwork; conveyors; steel section rolling. I have the vision to achieve long term goals whilst managing and delivering short term detailed action plans. I place a high value on people development and believe in encouraging a team culture through a balance of authoritative and democratic leadership. I enjoy new challenges where I can use my sales, and commercial skills to maximum effect. I have a strong bias towards mechanical engineering which I have used throughout my career.
