Business is built by giving our customers the best service possible. It's a partnership in their evolution. Virtually all of our partners are undergoing some type of business transformation. It's a continual process of change. I help to bring the strength and experience of the GPC and NAPA Service organization to our customers to ensure we remain symbiotic and responsive to their organizational and technology evolutions. This often means we are also evolving our supporting systems and adopting change right along with them. With over 36 years experience in Automotive Aftermarket I.T, my role is to build new paths of commerce, enhance the partnerships we currently have with customers and vendors alike as they integrate their systems with ours. While every company is different, there is plenty of common ground we help them achieve: Improved customer service, reduced operating costs (by reducing manual, repetitive tasks) and increased sales through the utilization of Electronic Commerce & related technologies. My experience includes successes customers large to small. Whether it's a larger larger customers using the big ERP Systems, or a medium sized customer using 3rd party E-procurement management systems (like Ariba,SciQuest, Coupa) or those that are using the smaller management systems (single shop/asset/fleet management systems), whatever the size, it's about a partnership with our customers. This partnership encompasses every aspect of our organization. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate the technology yo the place where you conduct your business every day - and make it easy to run your business with NAPA as the partner. With service as our foundation, we build effective partnerships with our customers and other partners to ensure that the strength of the NAPA organization is tuned, responsive and continually evolving to exceed our partners expectations.
