The drive for innovation is complemented by over a decade of experience, with a significant part dedicated to reengineering HR into a specialist model at TruStone Financial Credit Union. In leading two workstreams during the largest credit union merger in US history at the time, our team showcased resilience, collaboration and adaptability amidst the pandemic, illustrating problem-solving and strategic project management.
