A qualified and registered social worker with a post graduate diploma in health and social services management and have a fundamental belief in the importance of helping, supporting and caring for others. Throughout my career, primarily within the voluntary sector, I have held a range of roles and responsibilities including service management, case management coordination, business development and improvement and contract management across a range services and audiences. My key skills include:* Strong line management and supervision skills with a good knowledge of HR policy and procedures and experience of creating positive team cultures, including giving and receiving constructive feedback.* Skills in project management and strategic business and service planning.* Ability to manage a demanding workload, as a result of excellent time management skills and through flexible and adaptive team working to ensuring service aims and objectives are met.* Strong written and oral communication skill including in researching and producing detailed reports that contain clearly presented qualitative and quantitative information.* Troubleshooting, overcoming obstacles and challenges in service delivery and development.
