With over a decade of experience in the service and culture industries, he is a Floor Manager at Young V&A, the dedicated museum for children and young audiences at the Victoria and Albert Museum. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Media and Cultural Production with first class honours from UWE Bristol and a certification in Arts and Heritage Management from Università Bocconi.He is skilled in venue management, interpersonal communication, and problem solving. He has successfully planned and delivered pre-opening and daily operations, staff recruitment and training, feedback management, and internal and external communication for M+, the new museum of visual culture in Hong Kong. He has also leveraged his background in art, culture, and filmmaking to provide high-quality service and leadership to passengers as a Flight Purser at Cathay Pacific Airways. He is passionate about creating and enhancing engaging and accessible experiences for all audiences.
