Defined the product roadmap, drove the product backlog and led the team to deliver bi-weekly improvements. Boosted the average customer rating for both the iOS and Android apps from 3.5 to 4.5 stars. The iOS app reached a peak ranking of #4 in the US Medical category of the Apple App Store (out of tens of thousands of apps)- Customer ratings for the flagship Android retail app were trending downward, to below 3 stars. I analyzed the root cause of the negative ratings and devised a feature to segment customers by emotional experience. I oversaw the cross-functional team to implement the feature. Two months after rollout, positive ratings increased twelvefold and the star rating soared to a healthy 4.5 stars, exceeding the star rating of competitive apps.
