I am a Real estate Broker Associate with over 15 years of experience in helping sellers and buyers. I am also a real estate investor and have personally experienced what its like to buy and sell multiple homes in all types of markets. During my years here I was able to attain valuable tools when it comes to analyzing credit and other financial documents to qualify clients applying for loans. This experience has quickly proved invaluable. It not only helps me analyze my clients financial goals of buying a first home or investing in real estate holdings but separates me from the rest of the realtors-My lending experience helped pave the way for my real estate career. This allowed me to smoothly transition into selling homes for my clients. During the market downturn I helped start Real Time Property Management. With many families turning to renting their homes out it made sense for us to capitalize on this while owners were looking to gain more equity while earning rental income-I am passionate about investing in real estate and am looking to grow my portfolio of residential rental properties.
