My recruitment experience spans multiple industries, operating on a nationwide scale.I was introduced to the recruitment industry in 2012 when a Division President at Robert Half reached out to recruit me out of the advertising industry in Los Angeles. Fast forward to 2015 I made my entrance into the recruitment industry. In my role as a full-desk agency recruiter, I was responsible for generating corporate recruiting new business, managing client relationships, and talent acquisition. Initially focusing on the Software Engineering industry, I developed specialized knowledge and a strong network. Over time, I expanded to an industry-agnostic approach, effectively handling a diverse nationwide portfolio and tailoring recruitment strategies to meet various market demands while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.While I thoroughly enjoyed my early career as an Account Manager in the advertising industry, I have found for me there is no better feeling of accomplishment than helping someone else succeed the way I have done for nearly a decade in the recruitment industry.
