My role with Irish Life’s Tied Business is wide ranging and brings a variety of challenges every day. I manage, support and coach a panel of self-employed Financial Advisers that have chosen to work exclusively with Irish Life Assurance based on the significant supports it provides in running their business. We provide our Financial Advisors with a framework that enables them to operate in a highly competitive yet highly regulated marketplace. The framework includes the provision of state of the art financial review software, access to Irish Life’s suite of highly competitive products and the delivery of frequent and effective compliance monitoring, checking and reporting. I’m responsible for some challenging business targets including new business, persistency and quality targets as well as the day to day management of a panel of experienced financial advisers. I also provide numerous other supports including one to one and group coaching, product / systems training & ongoing business development supports. Irish Life`s Tied Business division provides our self- employed advisors with an interdependent environment of support to allow them to achieve their business goals and to build a sustainable & valuable business into the future.
