MS Office (word, outlook, power point and excel) Following technical procedures and work instructions to predetermined specifications. The ability to use operating/ repair manuals, software and technical procedures, to install, repair and maintain all types of automation, manufacturing and assembly equipment, tooling, and components. Ability to navigate through ever changing automation software systems and HMI systems. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for medical manufacturing cleanrooms. Complete data recording to comply with ISO and FDA medical manufacturing regulatory requirements. Ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical and electrical assembly drawings and accurately measure, inspect tolerances and calibrate equipment. Organizational: Strong ability to communicate, using soft skills and collaborate as a team, to drive continuous improvements, reducing downtimes and building cohesiveness. Ability to source spare/replacement parts and negotiate pricing through multiple vendors. Vendor training classes and working with vendor service technician, to improve skill set needed for each different type equipment. 5S improvement and Electrical Safety (arc flash) trained
