About Gary Ng

I am driven by a simple yet powerful mission: to help as many people as I can, within my capabilities. Most of what I know today has been learned through helping others navigate their challenges. I believe that knowledge grows when shared, and I find deep fulfillment in teaching others how to solve problems for themselves—because teaching someone to fish is always better than fishing for them. One of the guiding principles in my life is to “plan negatively and work positively.” I approach almost everything as a project—where thoughtful planning minimizes the risk of failure. Challenges are inevitable, but I see them as opportunities. When embraced with the right mindset, they often lead to outcomes far greater than originally envisioned. I believe life is a composite of what you’re born with, where you are, the choices you make, and how well prepared you are when opportunity knocks. As a Scorpio-Aries with an MBTI profile of INTJ/ENTJ (natural and current), I am a logical and practical thinker. I thrive on solving problems and feel most accomplished when I can resolve them permanently. As a certified facilitator of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, I actively share these teachings to empower others in overcoming their own challenges.
