I am a senior executive manager with a broad range of skills including organisational leadership, operational & financial management, commercialisation & sponsorship initiatives, project oversight, strategy and marketing honed through my experiences and post graduate qualifications. I produce success by building the organisation through its people and stakeholders with a style that is communicative and collaborative. I have specialist knowledge in the sport and recreation space whether this be leading the organisation, in the conduct of major events, the oversight of high performance programs, the delivery of competitions, tournaments and leagues, management of sporting precincts & facilities and player participation, engagement & registration initiatives through marketing and IT. Through a life long involvement in the sport of Volleyball, as a player, coach and administrator, I have a high level of expertise in the sport's organisation, competitions, education of coaches and the coaching of Volleyballers whether they are learning, developing or mastering the sport.
