A dynamic and results-driven professional with a solid career track for successfully delivering quantifiable results. Currently heading the Talent (Strategic Programmes) team in SGTech, my key responsibilities involve programme development, grant administration and working closely with key stakeholders such as government agencies, industry experts to identify talent and skills gaps, develop and implement strategies to close those gaps. My team looks after the Global Ready Talent Programme, Career Conversion Programmes, Tech Career Services as well as B2B Mentoring initiative amongst others. A creative yet practical individual, I have proven that I am able to anticipate potential problems and offer effective solutions to resolve them. Possessing a skill set comprising of a unique blend of project management and excellent relationship networking skills, I have shown that I am very resourceful in establishing strong partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that objectives are met.
