As a Project Controls Manager at TI Corp, I lead the cost management activities for the Fraser River Tunnel Project. I have over 35 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, with a Diploma of Technology in Engineering and certifications as a Certified Engineering Technologist and a Certified Cost Professional. My core competencies include developing and implementing cost management plans, processes, and systems, preparing and analyzing cost reports and forecasts, managing change orders and variations, and mitigating risks and issues. I also have a strong background in creating and maintaining work breakdown structures, cost breakdown structures, and project performance indicators. I am adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, project managers, contractors, and stakeholders, and providing effective communication and guidance. My mission is to deliver efficient and reliable project controls that support TI Corp's strategic objectives and vision.
