My diverse experience includes the entire product development lifecycle, from concept generation and feasibility analysis to prototyping, design control that includes risk management, manufacturing, verification and validation, regulatory submission and product launches. My background in engineering, project management, and program management positions as well as supporting regulatory compliance submissions provides me with valuable and strategic insights to drive product development and business growth. During my career, I have contributed to successful product designs and launches of numerous medical devices, including thoracic implants and instrumentation, disposable surgical products, powered surgical instruments and disposables, and drug delivery systems. My technical competencies include knowledge and expertise of design controls, risk management, verification and validation, and regulatory compliance. I am also well-versed in FDA regulations, ISO standards, and international quality system requirements, enabling me to guide robust and compliant product development efforts.
