I have spent 35 years selling Real Estate in and around the eastern Avalon Peninsula including St. Johns, Mount Pearl, Paradise and CBS. As a licensed REALTOR® I have been active in the following areas of real estate : • Sale and lease of existing residential properties • New home construction • Land development • Residential, commercial, and industrial land sales • Commercial leases • Condo sales • Energy sector relocations • Real Estate office manager I became a sales manager in 2010 and remained in that position until 2018 at which time I decided to leave the industry. I could not stay away for long though as I returned in April, 2022. My wife and I have since moved to Nova Scotia and I have maintained my REALTOR license with Royal LePage. While real estate has been a major part of my working life, I should also mention my 15 years as a K-6 physical education teacher at St. Andrew's Elementary in St. John's. Over the past 4 years I have had term assignments with Canada Post and Elections Canada. As always, I continue to leave my job options open and I am more then willing to talk to anyone who is looking for someone with my very diverse skill set.
