I am a Senior Business Architect with extensive experience of driving efficiencies, business improvements and operational excellence through business process re-engineering (BPR) and full project lifecycle system / application implementation. I have broad experience of analysing business problems to identify solution options and gain approval of proposals to implement improvements, using business analysis best practices and pragmatic approaches to design processes that are scalable / usable across people, process and technology. I am comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor to facilitate support for strategic objectives and key project outcomes, whilst working with IT teams to manage risks and dependencies to bridge the gap between the business and IT. I consider myself someone who has the breadth of experience to add value to any business by managing service design, service transition and business change management with frontline staff to drive improvements and ensure that tangible business benefits are delivered.
