About Gary Rall

Gary Rall is currently the Vice President Construction, Design & Development at Holiday Inn Club Vacations (HICV). With more than 25 years of industry experience, Gary oversees the reserve asset planning, design, procurement, refurbishment and development for all HICV resorts. Gary has completed over 1,700 major renovation projects including more than condominium unit refurbishments throughout his career. In 2013, Gary approached Give Kids The World (GKTW), a nonprofit “storybook” resort for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families, with the idea to complete an “Extreme Village Makeover” at Give Kids The World Village in Kissimmee, Fla. The "Extreme Village Makeover", which took place January 12-25, 2014, completely refurbished and transformed 88 two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas at the Village, updating the accommodations to upgraded commercial hospitality standards for families visiting for a week-long, cost-free vacation. The accelerated project was completed in just two weeks with crews and volunteers working around-the-clock 24 hours a day. As the originator and driver of the "Extreme Village Makeover", Gary and GKTW worked directly with more than 500 vendors, contractors and subcontractors and coordinated over 8,395 volunteer hours to complete the project.
