40 years in a commercial Catering and Refrigeration sales and management sector. Starting my career as an Area Sales Manager looking after a distributor network for the North of England, Scotland & Ireland, incorporating the development in the customer base. Progressing to a Key Accounts Manager role managing QSR outlets such as Subway, Burgerking, McDonald's and KFC, to which my team and I were instrumental in achieving a joint supplier of the year award. This area of work also took me into retail, Hotel and Restaurant markets with Morrison's, MacDonald Hotels, increasing and achieving a 100% increase in turnover while in this key account role. I have gained experience in the distribution and wholesale market looking after major wholesale accounts, as well as many design distributors to maximize manufacturers equipment into new projects, these roles were national covering all corners of the UK & Ireland. During my career I have gained experience in sales management putting together and managing Area Budgets, Marketing, Man management, P&L as well as sales and marketing strategies.
