My career is defined by my passion for helping organisations successfully deliver excellent results in challenging international and domestic environments that involve the application of current day best practice in three principle ways: 1) The application of information technology to improve business communication and drive more efficient and ultimately effective processes. 2) Working with people to develop a culture of excellence in their approach and within their own organisation so that they can provide the leadership required for extraordinary results 3) The adoption of International standards of best practice that focus on proven methods for managing core risks and opportunities to drive organizational resilience While strategising with senior executives or rolling up the sleeves at more operational levels, I truly enjoy the journey of making excellence a habit within organisations of all sizes, geographies and sectors and more importantly, observing the extraordinary results that follow.
