Most recently, he was the President and CEO of the Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA), where he successfully freed the agency from federal oversight, secured a positive revenue flow, and implemented several modernization and expansion initiatives. He also launched and ran his own consulting firm, United Pacific Transportation Resources, where he secured over $1.5 billion in funding and contracts for his clients.
