Experienced with human resources, construction management, real estate & development, purchasing, multi million dollar budget management, contracts administration, safety, accessibiliy, land development and real estate sales. The firms specialties were single & multifamily home communities. Personally directed the construction operations of over a dozen communities along the Wasatch Front and Southern Utah. At Fetzer Architectural Woodwork I have managed woodworking for visual and performing arts centers, one of the largest budist temples outside of Thailand, muti story office buildings, a number of retail store accounts, art studios and galleries, residences, and five star hotel and resort complexes. Possesses energetic management style which provides the impetus for a team to excel. Believes in rewarding a job well done as well as regular training to constantly improve ourselves in an everchanging world.
