Have been Safety Point person in plant, which includes weekly, monthly and yearly safety inspections in the plant and follow ups on all incidents. Making sure all incidents have resolutions and action plans. Shift Manager 2003 to 2010 Promoted to Manager in January of 2003. Responsible for shift staffing, payroll, training 1st pressmen, conflict management, quality of product, on time delivery, Lean Manufacturing. Ensuring that maintenance was complete on equipment. Hold crews accountable for safety and equipment performance thru goal setting. Worked with customers on quality concerns. 1st Pressman 1996 to 2002Ran 3 different printing presses: C700, and Man Roland Rotoman. Responsible for a 4/5 man crew. Training crew on operations and safety of the press. Responsible for maintaining press performance thru daily maintenance. Meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations with quality and on time deliveries.
