Participated in the planning, installation, and operational testing of multi-million dollar projects to include timeline planning and the establishment of operational goals and specifications for both commercial industrial equipment and major hospital infrastructure construction projects. Planned and implemented major Planned Maintenance Systems to include the establishment of required maintenance and periodicity based on manufacturer’s information and applicable national standards. Primary contract overseer and site liaison for the installation, testing, and maintenance of the Schneider Building Automation Systems and FCI Fire alarm network. Performed and managed employee evaluation systems to include the timely submission of required reports. Managed major and minor construction projects including the setting of appropriate specifications, plans, mechanical design review, cost review, and coordination of site personnel. Established and implemented training programs and standards qualification programs which have resulted in a significant improvement in the advancement and qualification of junior personnel. Proven ability to manage large volumes of technical information and conduct training in all technical areas. Designed and directed the implementation of tracking programs for establishing and monitoring National Fire Protection Association and Joint Commission standards for the North Texas State Hospital - Wichita Falls Campus
