Professional on cost analysis, design for manufacturability and design to cost. Professional on casting and machining technology, including die casting, investment casting, shell model casting, sand casting, as well as the general machining, gear/spline/shaft manufacturing, complex housing hog-out, special process etc. Expert on GD & T (ASME Y14.5M) application for products, process design and measurement. Expert on tolerance stack-up for design and manufacturing process. Proficiency with Pro/E Wildfire 3.0 to design 3D model and 2D engineering drawing according to the strict design specification in USA. Completed several cost reduction, improvement projects, familiar with PPAP, APQP and FMEA tooling, got six sigma green belt certificates from Honeywell. 10.Have enough experience, knowledge and ability to communicate with colleagues, suppliers and customers to establish a long term relationship.
