As the creator of The Role of a Manager Framework, I transform technical experts into effective leaders by coaching the core managerial skills needed to excel. Most managers receive little training or coaching on core managerial skills and knowledge. They've been exceptional individual contributors, so they're expected to understand how to manage effectively from day one. They're expected to figure it out on their own. I know. I lived that. So, I decided to understand what was missing and create a coaching program that would fill that gap. For over 20 years as a leader in automotive product development, I've learned how to lead high-morale teams in a variety of corporate cultures and consistently delivered exceptional results by focusing on people development. Drawing from that experience, I've developed a practical framework that breaks down the complex art of management into learnable skills and actionable principles.
