I have 15+ years experience in design, install, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuing maintenance with Cisco technologies (Route/Switch, Cisco Collaboration platforms, NGFW, VPN, UCS platforms, wireless controllers/APs). For Cisco Collab this primarily includes Callmanager, Unity Connections, IM & P, and Attendant Consoles (including VistaPoint), SRST and Express versions. I have experience in video/voice convergence using endpoints such as video phones (88xx, 89xx, 99xx), Jabber, DX and SX series and integrations with WebEx for enterprise solutions. I also have extensive design experience in call flows and automated attendants (AA). I also have 15+ years experience in design, install, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuing maintenance of Microsoft networks, including Exchange, ADFS, SQL Server, Office365, SCCM, etc. I have also designed and coded SQL Server centric intranet applications using.NET, LINQ, XML, etc. utilizing VS. This included stored procedures, views, triggers, SSRS, linked DBs, replication, security and backup solutions. I have also deployed, upgraded and maintained VMWare environments (single hosts to multiple datacenters containing many hosts). I also have experience with VMWare utilizing SimpliVity hyperconverged platforms. I have considerable experience in setting up and maintaining Barracuda Networks' solutions for email security and web security gateways, backup solutions and email archiving. I also have experience in discovery projects to map and document networks and provide guidance for upgrades to hardware, software and physical infrastructure (i.e. fiber and cabling).
