If you’re looking for someone who arrives first, I’m your guy. Always learning new things that help me adapt and have made me an asset to any team. That rare American from the US who is bilingual and fluent in Spanish as my second language. Completed the Professional Program in Business Process Management through UC Berkeley Extension. Often thinking of ways to improve internal processes and wanted to learn the best practices for making positive change within organizations. Completed the Expert Seminar Series: AI and Machine Learning for Business through UC Berkeley Extension. Also finished the first course of An Introduction to Programming the Internet of Things (IoT) Specialization through the University of California, Irvine and Coursera. Earned my CompTIA A+ at the end of February and got Network+ certified three months later. Highly proficient with computers and technology. Won awards for a Spanish language website (learnspanishlanguage.com or srwagner.com) created when I was a high school Spanish teacher. I closed down the site shortly before having children. Have been responsible for all purchasing decisions and maintenance of my personal and family computers and technology (both PCs and Apple) for decades.
