I am a versatile and enthusiastic person with over 20 years’ experience within customer service, leadership roles and over 18 years experience in computer technical support as well as more than 10 years experience of installing, maintaining and troubleshooting telecommunication systems including Mitel MiVoice Office and MiVoice Business systems, various Cloud Telephony platforms, CCTV and security access control systems. I am a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate on Microsoft Dynamics 365. I offer reliability, dedication, honesty, integrity, commitment and a driven attitude to succeed. My current skill set entails being responsible for managing and working alongside the technical team to deliver total application solutions for customers as well as installing, maintaining and troubleshooting/fault finding the Telepo Cloud PBX, Wildix Cloud PBX, Mitel (MiVoice Office 250/470 & MiVoice Business 3300), Aastra and Horizon phone systems as well as installing and supporting computer networks, wireless networks, servers and computers, CCTV systems and Paxton access systems. Field and remote support requiring travel to locations all around the UK as needed. As well as maintaining the in-house IT infrastructure from server 2012 and up domain controllers and related applications to antivirus management suites, backup solutions and office 365 for business. I have a passion for the IT & Telecoms sector whilst delivering first class customer service through excellent communication and timely resolution of issues within customers SLA. I am a Qualified Mitel Certified Associate on the MiVoice Business 3300 and the MiVoice Office 250 as well as being qualified on the MiVoice Office 470. And qualified Hikvision CCTV Technician.
