About Gary Webb

President/Founder- Gary currently serves as the President of a youth non-profit organization, OCJ Kids (Opportunity, Community, and Justice for Kids). Foster Care Services- OCJ Kids reaches out to over foster children in the State of Arizona through in home mentor visits, combined celebration events, and field trips. OCJ Kids has been serving at-risk and foster care children and youth in Arizona since 1996. Author- Gary published his first book in October of 2009 entitled 150 Ways to Connect. The books provides insight into the world of foster care and the many opportunities the local communities have to connect with foster children and youth across the state of Arizona. Gary's second book, The Faceless Generation, highlights the current state of foster care in America, and how Gary and Tammie created programs to create change in the system and change lives. Committee Groups- Gary served on the planning committee for that Arizona’s annual Faith Summit for Foster Care and Adoption at the State Capitol. He also served on the Governors Council for After School Services. Gary now serves on the Assemblies of God national Compassion Care Council for foster care services in America. Public Speaker- Gary has spoken for conferences, school assemblies and city wide youth outreaches overseas in the Philippians, Tanzania Africa, India, and New Zealand Education- Gary holds a BA in Pastoral Studies from Oral Roberts University and has 32 years experience in youth and children’s ministry. He has been married for 40years and has three children ages 34, 31, 25 Specialties - Five annual outreach events you can connect with: Adulting Summit, Summer Enrichment Program, Bearizona field trips, Tools 4 Success back to school event, and One Bright Star Christmas Bowling Party. We are also collecting suitcases and hygiene Welcome Kits for foster youth aging out of foster care. Statewide Services - Providing foster youth and families Go-Kits, hygiene Welcome Kits, transport Cuddle Bags, clothing items, transition suitcases, and food gift cards for the Department of Child Services case workers.
