Information Technology and communications professional with eighteen years experience, including thirteen years in IT management and Leadership. I have also been responsible for large project management, new infrastructure initiatives and financial management of the IT organization. I have implemented ITIL and Service desk technology and processes within all my sites in the emerging market region to ensure that the IT department operates as a business unit providing efficient support and advice to the business groups. I am also involved in regional metric reporting as well as new solution initiatives for my company. I have strong leadership skills, am hard working and motivated and I have the ability to work and excel under pressure. I hold expertise in evaluating and incorporating emerging technologies in the enterprise, leading teams in the integration of disparate systems, planning large-scale roll-outs, and managing daily IT operations and projects.
