About Gary Willingale

Having spent 30+ years helping to solve IT related business problems in the End User Workplace I have strongly believed that to give the customer ownership of their IT, reduce the number of failure points and provide a utility-based cost control solution – DaaS is the obvious product. However, over the last 20 years or so I have watched the OEMs and Outsourcers continue to struggle when it comes to creating a Global Delivery model that works. Both over or under supplying assets in the wrong locations, adding complexity across different countries or regions leading to dissatisfied users and having to implement a costly support structure. Recently I became aware of a company that focuses on giving the customer exactly what they need, when they need it, in any country across the globe. Therefore, I am delighted to announce that I am to join devicenow. Underpinned by CHG Meridian with €7.5billion managed assets I now have a platform that delivers a simplified Global DaaS product that I have seen working effectively. I am excited to join an organization that is vendor neutral, has a product and service infrastructure that delivers and giving the client full control as to what they use when they want and what they turn off when they want.
