As a practical, people-orientated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional commercial results, my mission is to firmly place client requirements at the core of our organisation, ensuring they are clearly reflected at every touch point. My knowledge of the entire AAMC business is a core strength. Since 2006, I have progressed through a series of challenging and highly rewarding roles, building a deep understanding of functional interdependencies and risks. Now, serving as the conduit between our clients and operations, I leverage this knowledge to optimise all aspects of the end-to-end client experience, cementing AAMC’s reputation as a leader in outsourced Accident Management Services. To remain relevant in a competitive and evolving industry, it is critical to remain agile. I continue to work in partnership with AAMC frontline staff and leaders, promoting a culture of accountability, empowering people with the tools, trainings and mindset required to deliver service excellence. Additionally, I have been deeply invested in the design and execution of new service offerings that reflect industry demand and assist in overcoming COVID-19 related operational challenges. I am at my best when driving improvements across the value chain, presenting a compelling value proposition to potential clients, and nurturing long term partnerships with our existing customers.
